New grower but pretty educated. My problem is that my baby only has three "petals" or "tips". I havent seen or came across anything like this so far so i was just wondering if anyone else has. thanks in advance

I don't think cannabis is classified by the number of leaves it has. If its weed, it's weed, and depending on the laws in your area, its probably illegal. I've seen some plants that had only 3 blade fan leaves before.

and about cloning; if mom is already flowering, can i still clip from her and have it root? some prick told me that if its flowering the plant "stopped growing" so cloning from that point wouldnt work. I dont know if i believe him tho, like i said, hes a prick

He may be a prick but hes right. I've never heard of any cloning after flowering. You usually do it during veg about towards the end.

You can clone flowering plants but its much more difficult.
You must first pick of 90% of the bud because it will rot,just leave a few little young seed pods on.
Its not really worth cloning flowering plants though and ive only done it when i got impatient and greedy and i wanted a smoke before it was properly ready.
I justified myself by cloning the stem lol

eh the prick. i only have one plant, it was kinda of a fluke too, jus throwin seeds from my bags on my porch, one landed in a pot, i let it grow, then it got perty. its been flowering for like, 2-3 weeks an i figured id try to replicate it now that im interested. ill try an get a pic, although from what ive seen on the site, mines a joke haha, 8th yield at most i predict
