new growth after fimm is v yellow and curled up??

my friend of course i will keep u updated. i am as we speak making a 1/4 grow solution but i am going to lower ph to about 6 in a bid to lower the medium ph,(its rockwool cubes ) i have read up that soiless mediums absorb nutes better at that ph? i iwll test run off when i give solution tomorrow(using tap water) and will let u know wat that is, then if u still about will do updates on the situ daily, thats wats gd about this site, people to learn from and also learn with:) u seem knowledgeable with plant probs and will appreciate ya guidance.

ok so this morn i decided to give the worst two a feed and leave the others as when i picked up pots there was run off ...and they are light green as opposed to yellow.
i give em the 1/4 dose. and they havent drooped at all frm too much water which is wat i was worried about. they are all still putting out new growth but still disfigured an yellow. the more developed new shoots are greening off slightly with age but still look deformed. so we will see how this feeds helps out in a few days. im hoping the halo i sprayed on them that contains iron, boron copper and other trace elements will be taking effect soon, it has a 3-10 day slow release. and it was sprayed 2 days ago now. wil keep ya posted doc

so wow i put em into flower today and after just one 12hr period the growth on th power kush has been explosive ,,,and also the new growth is almost completely green,
the twisted leaves have smoothed out and are a gd 2 " wide while the new growth is coming through at a cracking rate. th enew shoot from yesterday has completely opened into 5 nice fingers and another leaf set has half grown from that.
the n lights are all responding well and have all chucked out a new leaf set within 24 hrs, with nice green foliage.

so whether it was the nutes or the foliar spray HALO that has sorted the prob of the yellowing im not sure, but im thankful for all who took the time to stop in and share a doobs . will post some pics tomorrow . results from fimming are 1 nl has jus regrown the top cola, power kush seems to have 2 dominant new shoots and 4 secondary shoots form fimm point. 1 nl has 3 tops and 1 nl has 2new tops and the other nl has 4 new tops, mixed bag lol

update day 2 of flower the green has 90% reappeared and new growth is growing fast but still slightly distorted, still a vast improvement though. heres th epics and afew to compare to frm 1 week ago, plants are still going to be small but after 6 weeks of veg i relly couldnt give a flying fuck:)

cheers woodstock and doc,,, i think i may use this thread as my journal because not only is it easier but if i need any further advise then hopefully u will be about to help:P still battling my temps at mo went from 15.c to 34.c yesterday during lights off and first few hrs of lights on, gotta wrk on that now.

so now theres another ffffin problem,, ive gt big thick white roots sprouting out from th ebottom of my pots big time one was about 30mm out of pot today, when i look through there is sooo many fat roots and they all looking for a way out,,, and finding it, my pots are 6 litre pots and u can see my plants are only bout 1ft tall if that! wtf is going on wit my grw this time round, nightmare. im assuming transplant is in order but cant understand y maybe its the halo effect?

i can get some 15l pots tomorrow but wont be able to get any rockwool medium,,,,, can i pot into soil? never tried cant see y not though? im stumped as to wat soil i can get frm my local garden centre,, do u have any suggestions?

heres wat i mean,, i also managed to gt some more rockwool, so just running some ph 5.5 through it tonight for transplant. im gunna experiment and wet the medium on two befor i transplant, and the others can go in dry then get watered through see which responds best?

anyone still reading this?
