Sick little lady needs help please.

Ok after going into my grow room and thinking I decided that I am being dumb and frustrated, and just not giving enough detail so here is the run down.

This seedlings is only 2 weeks old and I am using the recommended fertilizer strength for the Fox Farm series nutes. I am using Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom... at the moment I am only using the GB at 1 tsp/g, and the BB at 2 tsp/g. This is what Fox Farm suggests for seedlings so I really doubt that it's nute burn, but have not ruled it out. I also know that it's not PH because I check my PH every 1-4 hours round the clock. I check it at 12:00AM when the system shuts down, again at 8:00AM when it turns back on. Again at 11 am, then 3:30 PM before I go to work, again at 7:30PM on my lunch then finally at 12:00 when it shuts down.
This is all run under a 10gal aeroponics fish tank, that sprays for 15min. every 45min. my timer only allows for 15min increments. Hopefully this enough info to help identify this problem, thanks guys later.
