Im new to growing i've just started mt first grow.

i was wondering from germination all my seeds cracked and produced a root i planted in soil but its been 24hrs and nothing has surfaced i have my lights on 18/6 how long until you see some activity? i think i might have messed up somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks Mate Temp is up around 79F - 84F

How often do i water them?

spray mist to keep the soil moist not wet

Try changing your lighting to 24hrs for about a week after sprouting.

so do i keep them on even though nothing has popped through

you posted the exact same thing in 3 sections ^^ but just do what robert said if 2-3 days go by and still nothing they prolly died

Turning the lights out causes initial harm to the plant. Allow the plant to grow towards the light and you should be fine.
