Default Pale green color

why are my babies a pale green? I moved them 2" to the light to control stretch. I have also noticed nute burn on one of them. I have gone to clean, pH balanced distilled water and flushed them thoroughly. Am I missing anything?

Maybe they are not getting enough nitrogen and because they have been to far away from the cfl

Your growing in a soil less medium so where are they getting any nitrogen from if your not feeding it to them?

good point. just thought that you used clean ph water until roots are developed. I'm now using diluted nutes on them. we'll see what happens.

I dont know much about hydro to be honest and i notice that in your first post you say they have nute burn so you are feeding them then???

Anyway when i grow in soil the first thing that i would think if my plants were a bit yellowy and not a dark green is that they are either deficient in nitrogen or they have nitrogen lockout from hard water,but because you only have a small cfl it is also possible that they have not had enough light

I'm kinda disappointed with the CFL that the unit shipped with. I would have never guessed my plants would have stretched that much with such a bright light. 135W is pretty bright considering the inside of the unit is coated in white. When I put the door up, it has white on it too. I just don't get it. I'm on the lookout for a blue spectrum CFL that is brighter and better than what I have. If you know where I can look, let me know. Peace bro.

Okay, so I say fuck the dinky CFL that came with the system and did a small upgrade. I now have 935 watts of CFL. If they continue to stretch, fuck 'em, they're blind and I'll start over. My eyes are all fucked up from trying to take a picture of the lights....I see spots real bad now, and they won't go away
Let me know what your thoughts are man....
