In an attempt to simplify with an "easy" pre-mix, I re-potted my 21 day old feminized master kush seedlings last weekend into a mix of about 2/3 Ocean Forest & 1/3 Miracle Grow Organic Choice (I know...). They were transfered out of Ocean Forest. I tend to "over-nute" so I thought this would be a good hands-off mix.

I always water with distilled. I typically use PH test drops, not a meter, but I did not read PH when I transfered...I usually don't have a problem with the PH balance of the Distilled & Ocean Forest...the Miracle grow is the new variable.

I would describe the look of the new growth as dark green, wrinkly, and sorta thick. The tips of the growth are starting to turn purple. It also seems like new growth is a bit slow. I've had my fair share of problems over my first few grows, but this is a new one.

It sorta looks like a zinc dificiency based on the FAQ, but I'm not 100% sold. It says that could be caused by high PH, but that's never been a problem of mine.

Please take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think! Oh yeah, the lower right plant is about half the size & a bit sickly, any ideas?

they look fine. what you are categorizing as a problem could just be traits of that particular strain

The pictures don't quite do it justice. The 2nd one shows the issue the best. I just checked them this morning, and they're looking bad to me. Notice that the old fan leaves are virtually flat, but all of the new growth has very pronounced veins.

Just looked again & the veins are going yellow a bit too...My camera died, but I'll try to get more pics up later.
