I have been growing a indoor plant for about 3 months and still no signs of Bud? Swazi

I have but because of where I live there is never complete darkness. Is this important?

Yes, very important. It will only flower in complete darkness. Light leaks just fucks it all up!

Vegetation of said plant should be under a UVB Spectrum having 24 Hours of light or 18 hours of light with 6 hours in darkness. Both timing cycles will promote vegetation.

Budding or Flowering has to occur in a red wave length spectrum. The plant should have 12 hours in Full Spectrum Light-more in the red wave lenghts, and 12 Hours off in darkness. NASA has a great site for learning about the full spectrum of light wave lengths.
