Unhappy White Spots On Leaves, PLEASE HELP!!

Well I've been noticing these white spots on some of my leaves, not too sure what it is as this is my first grow. I read up a few things and some say it might be mag def but i have no clue. Can any one help me that has had this problem before I need experienced help, Positive rep for any helpful input.

SOME INFO: I'm using 3 gal pots with FFOF and FF nutes also super thrive 400w HPS They are in week 3 of 12/12.

U have a litle bit of magnesium shortage but thats becouse the stems of fan leaves are slightly red... Can't help u on the white spots tough never seen them before..

Really mag def? My nutrients contain magnesium though.

I also use molasses and from my understanding it contains a good amount of magnesium in it.

do you have little flies flying around? If so it's white flies no worries all you have to do is catch em, use duct tape. Stick it around your grow like ol time fly traps. works! Hope this helps but if not, the internet is full of rambling idiots. keep searching....lol

Thanks for the input tricomb but I haven't seen anything flying around, what I have seen was a few what I think are spider mites little white bugs but only a few. what I do is wipe the bottom of the leaves to get rid of any eggs they mite have laid.
I'm going to start using lady bugs next week to try and control them but as of now I can only see a few.

anyone now what this is?

i've also notice spots like this when i would mist my plants at night and they would be wet in the dark cycle. next day white spots.
