Default Oops! Need help w/ Yellow Leaves

I woke up this morning and one of my girls was all sorts of yellow. I have 1 reflector w/ 2 26W 2700k CFLs using a socket adaptor. It was really close to my plant since it leaned over and was touching the plant. Is this just burn from the lights being to close or does it have anything to do w/ the 2700k or is it a deficiency?

The first picture is the plant that got leaned on and the second is about 2" from the light, deficiency?

What would be the best way for my plant to recover? Will it just grow back on it's own or will it just tank?

looks like it got too close..back it off and it should bounce back...also ur going to need more light soon..
