Hey Stumps, how they hangin? Anyways have you ever considered just adding the dolomite to your soil mix a few days before transplanting? Gives it a bit of time to react. Top dressing works fine I know. Gotta tell ya though. A few lead days prepping your mix. I.E. Dolomite, greensand, perlite, vermac ect.... Whatever your amendments. I really think it helps to let thing buffer together a few days. Just a thought, PEACE>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yeah, I plan on doing that when transplant time comes.

edit: what do you guys think about transplanting to new soil. premixed with lime & bloodmeal that way it'll get sufficient N and have a ph buffer.

To tell the truth I've never thought about it. I was having retarded leaf's cupping I think is the right term. I talked to Dr. Dank he told me to add the lime before watering. I did. It worked. Been doing it the same way ever since. I'm also using a coco blend medium

yeah, i would just add the lime prior watering but i only have hydrated lime available and i don't want to take the chance of burning them since hydrated lime is faster acting than dolomite.

i guess now, the question is should I mix a gallon of water with a tsp of hydrated lime and use that for next water, or

repot with a new soil mix -

-promix
-blood meal
-small amnt of hydrated lime
-perlite

i think i'm gonna be forced to choose one as the soil PH is still low...but i don't want to burn them with the hydrated lime.

Default Flushing...
Flushed 1 plant with 7.4 ph'd water tonight....

all other methods have FAILED, so this is a last resort. I ph'd the soil to 6.7.

if this works i'll go ahead and flush the other plants to 6.7 as well. let's hope for the best.

I'm thinking if you flush and give them light nutes they will kick back in time.

ph down?

the soil was VERY acidic. in the 4's. i flushed the hell out of it until it hit 6.7...and now i'm leaving it.

the WATER on the other hand is around 7.5 tap. i could ph down it, but it kind of stabilizes the acidic peat moss with the alkaline water.

so....ph is around 6.7 for all plants tonight.

the plant i flushed yesterday is doing alot better, so in a few days i'm guessing they'll be in good enough health to flower in a week or so.

hoping for at least 2 females out of 4...would've been 5 but the cat got a nice midnight snack. mother fcker.
