im thinking about putting more lights but i am not the best with electric wires.

Couple problems.
1. You need to intensify that light by about 15x... By the looks of that, thats a 15Watt CFL (which is not even good enough for 1 plant, let alone the multiple ones that you have)
2. Your plants are stretching really bad, and if you wanna have a chance to save them then I would recommend you bury them up to the first node in soil and get 3-4 42 Watt CFLS and 2-3 26 Watt CFLS in their ASAP.
3. Only grow one plant, per pot. Period! Those are small pots too, so you will have to transplant your plants after about 2-3 weeks. Separate those 3 right now!
A fan going will also strengthen the stems

i went to a store much like Home Depot looking for perlite and i couldnt find any.. i dont know where i can find it. tomorrow i will transplant them and bury them deeper and then post pics.

ok, so i transplanted them today.. tomorrow im having some more lights added. here is a pic..
