Unhappy What is the best fertilieser to fix Zinc deficienc

Help! The wonderful Jorge Cervantes is telling me that my ladies are suffering from a deficiency of iron! I need to "flush the medium with fetriliser with chelated trace elements". I can't seem to find this fertilizer.

I am trying to find a camera dso I can post some pics for reference/help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

No prob, molasses has a great range of micro nutes.
I use 1 tablespoon every week.
