Default burned plant help me

i got this 4 1/2 week plant an my lights fell on it an it burned my plant pritty bad an i dont know wat to do... it looks pritty badd...thankz

Yeah theres no reason to change.
Only reason I would is if you were just starting 10 days less flower Id go back to veg until repairs were made.
But being it's veggin, it will do it much quicker, about a week or 2 it will b as good as new.
