Anybody know what type of deficiency or toxic is affecting this plant and what is the 'cure'....

I had some do this after nuking them with a pesticide. I just flushed it and the leaves still look lame but the new growth is all fine.

Have ya had to spray anything lately?

Looks a lot like nute burn. Remedy is to flush and then just use plain water.

all I've been using is worm castings......cut back and use only water???

i disagree , i cant see any yellowing on those tips , i get this alot with my plants i think it has something to do with heat and/or humidity
