Veg Week Three, Leaf issues. (pics)

I'm currently in week three of my veg cycle and doing much better than week one and two.

So far I've gotten my heat and watering under control and the plants are doing much better. My issue now is that a few of the leaves seem to be developing decay like brown spots unlike any I've seen. I went through a few of my diagnostic guides and the only thing I can compare it to is Magnesium deficiency. (Added 1/4 TSP Epsom Salt per gallon to my reservoir last week and the bottle directed amount of calcium for hydro.)

Picture one is a week ago, plant growth at this point was stunted and leaves were yellowing/dried up at the edges.

Picture two is my tray now, I've fixed the heat and overwatering issues at this point and the plants have been growing again.

Pictures 3-7 are the more recent damage to the leaves that I'm having a hard time explaining.

Also, are there any better ways to deal with an algae problem? The covering sheets don't seem to be doing much.

Grow info:
Res PH: 5.7
Res Temp: 65-70F
PPM:480
Room Ambient Temp: 77
Canopy Temp: 77

What is the nutes you are using on them?
I see you are using epsom salts... I would pick up some cal-mag + or magical instead
Both are cheap and would work much better, they are designed to be used for gardens not foot baths

Advanced Nutrients 100% Organic line

Iguana Juice Grow
Sensizyme
Grandma Enggy's F1 (Fulvic Acid)
Tarantula
Piranha

I'm using them toned down 20% from the calculator suggestion as people say the calculator runs hot.

I'll grab some CalMag, should I add some now or wait till my next flush?

Also, if I transplant these into net/square vented pots with hydroton, will I be able to water them more?
