Default Help save last plant

First grow of bag-seed and trying to save last plant. First, they been on 12-12 light( yes i know now this is wrong) from day one & I know it is stretched because of low light at first. Had eco grow and eco bloom one teaspoon per gallon. I first tried cutting burnt part of leaves off but yellow and now drying up. Help what do I do now? I also sprayed some seaweed soap on leaves incase it was bugs causing this.
