Is this a male are femle guys i see hairs for sure but im always paranoid bout these things its some good bud i liked to i hope its good yield if so.

You didn't really get close up to the preflower/flowers at all bro... I have good eye sight and all but that doesn't help through a computer screen.

I am assuming the one that was close up is female I think I can faintly see white pistils.

If you see white hairs you are good. if not they are male. Male flowers look like little club like things that develop into fat balls and finally banana stamen things.

my camera sucs. but i noticed red hairs they should be white though there growin at the splits in the stemms all at tops an sum at bottom.

Yeah your hairs should still be white. Honestly your plants arn't looking too healthy either. Possibly need more light.

Their leaves are looking deformed somewhat which could be attributed to a nute/ph problem

You are going to be fine. Depending on how you have treated the plant before and all you might want to feed it some flowering type nutes.

Your plant is looking stretchy so the lights should be closer to the plant. Orange hairs just confirm that your plant was stressed out and that it tried to develop those flowers to maturity cause it thought it might die.

Keep flowering give b vitamins for stress and you should be fine. Just don't over nute her.

And tell your sister to not be a dumb ass, if you cut buds now you don't even get high and you take away possible GRAMS out of your final yield
