First Grow - Whats wrong w/ Pics + details

Hey Guys, this is our first post / grow.

So, before we begin begging for advice!

Here are some significant details:

What STRAIN are you growing? Unknown - bag seeds
What was the establishing technique? seed
What is the age of your plants? vegging 30 days in from very beginning
What PHASE are the plants in? vegetative
What Technique are you using? organic soil
What substrate/medium are you using? organic soil mix
What Nutrient's are you using? First used 1/8 strength 'Aunty Janes Superseaweed, a 'natrual bio enhancer'. Also mixed 1/8 of Nitrozyme. Following this period of drying we used 1/2 strength of both.
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment? yes
When was your last watering? two days ago from post
When was your last feeding change? 5 days ago to half strength
What size bulb are you using? 600w HPS
What is the distance to the canopy? 45cm-50cm
What is your RH Factor?--
What is the canopy temperature? 22 degrees Celsius
What is the Day/Night Temp? Estimate -as low as 15 Degrees C , could be higher.

What is the current Air Flow? Fine - centrifugal fan
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched: no
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? no

Are plant's infected with pest's no

Additional Info:

Half of the plants are one day behind, as they were germinating one day longer.

Started under CFL lighting but sheer numbers meant we had to move to the HPS earlier than anticipated. Due to this, the plants probably got quite dry as we did not change watering to suit the new lights fast enough.

Also some of the plants most probably suffered elements of transplant shock as we were still learning and had to change pot size rather early on.

They are growing at a steady rate, though clearly we have been going through the phases of doing things wrong. We suspect that the burn you see is to do with the large increase in nutes, along with possible water damaging, though we are only speculating.

Any help would be much appreciated, the new growth of the plants is overall better, though curling downwards.

First/second picture are one of the younger plants. It has the worst visible damage. Small signs of similar effects throughout the crop, though some seem much less effected.

Picture three and four are of one of the larger plants which has a general droopy nature to it. Other than that, it seems to be doing well - thoughts?

Last pic is of our grow area along with the other plants.

looks like stress from lack of water.

they are very green like they have had to much nitrogen, leave the nutes out for a while!

Thanks for the quick reply. Was going to nute them tomorrow :P But will hold off for now. Will keep regular picture updates. The tip about underwatering causing the stress sounds likely. We have a consistent water system now, where as before that we varied the amount and time greatly.
