At first my plant was mostly dark/light green and only a little yellowish, but it's health has been declining steadily. Most of the lower fan leaves are dead/dying, besides the leaves on the very top of the plant. I fed her 10-10-2 to get some green back in the leaves but it didnt work. Although before that feeding i just watered for 2 weeks. I'm not sure whats the deal, could anybody help?

The leaves are some what inverted( slightly cuppled) and are kind of stiff so i'd say they were drying up. I'm not exactly sure why. I have two pH testers, both the kind with the metal rod and the indicator at the top. They both agree that the pH is 6.6 - 6.7. so im not sure why they're continuely declining in health. I have my 250w 1 foot away from the canopy. The plant seems light sensitive but that might be b/c it's stressed.
