so how do I get N to them without watering? and if it is over watering can they recover and how long should i leave the soil dry before watering again?

there is drainage in the way of the pots have holes etc, just so real system

re read it..... offgassing or outgassing is materials leaking toxic gas usually from heat....

when you water it make sure the pot is dry all the way to the bottom, water with nutes every second time, to check if its dry pick up the pot, when they are light they are dry

but after reading your OP it seems like something worse than a def... with the getting worse and dying off in a couple of weeks..... but im just paranoid ive been caught out by toxic things twice now... any pics of your grow room would help... you can also do a test with a bad plant take it outside for 2-3 days and they should get healthier... dont freak out and get all your plants out,this is just my opinion, just do a test and find out for yourself...

thanks heaps for this info will try a few things now and will take a couple of pic's of the whole room
