Default White Fuzz / Powder on leaves. WTF? pics pics

yo this Banana Kush of mine is 21 days into flowering..

its exhibited this fuzzy white powder stuff on 80% of the larger leaves for

atleast 2 weeks. It comes right off like dust, and is mildly adhesive.

I thought it was trichs lol... it aint spider mites I know that.

maybe mould? but the rest of my plants in the area do not show any of the same symptoms.

maybe those mealy bugs?

fuck! anyone got an idea?
