Some of my plants have rust colored brown spots in between the veins on the leaf edges and extremities. I think it's possibly a Mag def but being a rook I really don't know. The spots look light green/yellow in the pics but in real life they are more brownish.

I have the same rust colored shit on a few leaves of mine too. I was just looking thru the plant problems section but there is just so many symptoms that look alike.

Im using the FF trio for nutes.....doesnt that have evrything mari needs?

FF? FoxFarm?

I'm using H&G and I've run into a few deficiencies. I think it also depends on
1. your water (tap vs. RO)
2. how you "top off" the solution
3. how often you change the solution

Yes Fox Farms nutes and fox farms potting mix. Ive been using tap distilled. tap ph'ed at 8.4 and with tiger bloom and big bloom I would ph to 6.2-6.5.

A#1. I am now, as of today, Im using spring water from the grocery store. It ph'ed at 7.0. Flushed with 3-4 gals and runoff started at around 5, now at about 6. Im going to flush some more in the morning.

A#2. what do you mean top off? I mix fresh batch every feeding, one gal at a time. I only have 1 plant.

A#3. I water/feed every 4-6 days depending on moisture in the soil. Should i be only feeding everyother water?

Not knowing much about soil I really can't be helpful but it sounds good to me.

Sorry for the confusion. I have an Ebb & Gro hydro system. Hence the "top off" question. In hydro the plants will use up water and nutes and you can either put more water and/or nutes in "top off" or you can replace the whole tank.

As long as you are mixing the nutes medium to mild I don't see any problem feeding every water.
