Plants fading away slowly! Rep for help!

Sup fellow growers, i'm in need of some help with my plants...I use an Aerogarden and I just recently planted some plants on 9/08...they were goin strong until they turned 2 weeks ago..I tried feeding them nutes but i burnt them so i went a lil less on the nutes afterwards. There showing some signs of improvement but there still is some discolor in the leaves. There begining to turn yellow and fade slowly. Also the roots are no longer white and clear, more of an amber color?? The Aerogarden is off and I don't use it for nothing more then a resevoir lol Any help please guys?

Tips:

-I use General Hydroponics Nutes. I do have Dutch Master Gold Flower nutes tho..
-There is no light gettin in the resevoir as far as i know, I have all the holes covered up.
-The temp is probably around 80 something degrees in the room.

Hi. Brown roots can be many things, exposure to light, high temperatures in res, root-rot and more. You saying that the aerogarden is switch off. Are you bring O2 to the roots? What is your res water temperature?
