Holes/tears in the leaves?

So the other day I woke up and noticed some holes in my leaves. They don't really look like bugs but I'm not sure. It almost looks like they were torn. Can anybody help me out?

Sorry, forgot to mention it is an indoor plant. I had for about 2 weeks under x4 6500K CFLs, before then it was under some old fluoro tubes I had lying around. It's now 3 weeks old. These holes didn't start appearing until about 2-3 days ago.

could be a sign of underwatering(not knowing how often/how much you water)

I usually water it every night or every other night. I have a small bottle I fill up with distilled water.

I'm growing in straight coco so I usually check to see it's it moist.
