canopy leaves are curling inward (Tacoing) and some leaves about half way up are browning.

"closet grow room" asked a friend he said possibly "Rust" from poor air circulation.

Shit bro... sorry to tell you this but i'm pretty sure that's mold on your plant. I would just get some scissors and cut out all the browning parts of the leaves.
