K def or a simple pH problem. Check the soil's pH, if it's in range, it's a K def.

Well, if the pH is ok, flush first, in case the nutes accumulated in the soil because of the lock out. Then feed her some nutes... buy some at a local plant store or a hydro store. Something for flowering plants.

so flush, we use ecogrow 10 8 14

hmm... you might want to change to some nutes for flowering. that's a pretty high N there, compared to the rest.
