Question Over watering?

I have looked at the sites stuff, but i'm stil not sure. Shes 12 days old, and her 3 leaflet leaves are drooping and wrinkling a bit, the 1 leaflet leaves are barely wrinkled, but not droopy, and the 5 leaflet leaves are only half grown, but look great. I do use a fan. I hadnt watered her in like 2 or 3 days, so i watered her again, then this started happening.

This is a small over water right?

there is no drying, or discoloration

It's really hard to imagine what your going on about man, no pics is gonna make it hard, it could b over water.
Let it dry out for about 5-7 days, it will let you know by then.

he really needs to get a moisture meter, that would tell him when it's time.
they are around $10 home depot/lowes other garden centers usually have em.
Some places have one with a ph probe and moisture meter get that one, it works alrite.
