I have a strain that the fan leaves, yellow and fall off like a week after light change to 12/12. THe strain developes normaly and havest's potant and flavorfull.

as of right now im growing under 6 23w cfl's red spec. all organic nutes.
the heat runs slightly high but this strain really seems to like the heat. i beleave that its mostly a sativa from the head high it give when smoked.
the buds are slightly airy but thats from the lack of light.
does anyone know the strian i might have or maybe a problem that im not realizeing. the leaves show no signs of any problems and no stress on the plants that can be seen.
I dont have any current picks but i can show my last harvest.

Im making the move to a hps in a couple of weeks, but i like the strain, and wanting to know if i can grow them better in some way. i know that the sun leaves collect most of the energy for the plants development, just cant figure out why they fall off all of the sudden.

this grow i have going now is just about ready to harvest and i dont have the spacific details for you,i usaly give nutes with one of two waterings a week, usaly pure flowers, and molassis, ph to 6.0, ive played with this strain for just about a year now and every plant does the same thing. in veg no stress no visable signs of deficencys about a week of 12/12 and the leaves fall off, i switch nutes starting out with .5oz per/gal. age old bloom , ph 6.0 , i give the plant some time to get used to the lighting and new nute's then i switch to pure flowers and alternate bat guano- age old, so at least once a mounth ther getting a good veritity of nuts. this plant is hard to kill and is sesitive to epsom salts i can only use an 1/8th the normal amount, or they stress out, they like warm temps better than normal 70.deg they prefer 85ish, they prefer a dry soil thats why i water twice a week i only water very little at a time, and the bottom roots get plenty of water, i checked.
the reason i cant give you any spacifics on this grow is because ive been experamenting on nute levels, with only sugar leaves to collect light, i have tryed some interesting nute combanations and have got a shit load of sugar leaves, and the plant is healthy it is sheding sugar leaves as if they were sun leaves, ill take a pic tomarrow and post,
im wondering if its the strain of plant, i got it outa a bag. so im not shure what strain it could be, and this is like my 4th grow of this plant and have gotten the same resaults.

I know welcome to my frustration, I think that i might make this into a new grow thread possibly. since ill be getting my hps system going here soon. maybe just a thought maybe they were root locked ??? i have them in three gallon containers. hmmmm
any ways. this is my new grow specs on lights and some general stuff im getting a 600watt hps for a 6x6 grow space i might possibly go to a 1000 watt hps later on.
i plan on making up my own soil mix in which i have kinda tinkered with i cant give exact amounts because i just add untill i think its right and it comes out the same every time. i cook in this same manner and havent had any complants yet lol .
but i plan on growing in five gallon buckets, this time and depending on the height of the plant's i might be able to cut the bottoms off if needed and stack the buckets for more root space. if needed.
I should be starting those same strains from seed here soon. and ill start a journal and post it on here. to the link. and maybe then i can figure out this thing.
and ill try to write down my soil mix.
