i know this is a nute burn but i dont know wich one it is i was thinking it was from watering them with tap water but i dont think that is has anything to do with this

If its in miricle grow and you keep watering it. The slow realease nutrients will keep burning your leafs. I would get it out of that dirt and flush the roots and put in a different type of soil not miricle grow.
