dark green leaves to light lime green?

OK so It rained last night and around 8 A.M. Aug 20 I watered about to 2 cups of rain water with ph6.3 and heard rainwater has a lot of nitrogen in it. they were dark green and now on the side edges every leaf is turning light green in one day. the first two leaves that are smooth are yellow and will die. Its a month old how could it be out of nitrogen in veg? should I use my clean diet urine to boost it up a little? I am been using 10-15-10 fert and my soil has a 3 month slow release fert too.Please help before they all turn yellow

So you've been adding nutrients when there is already nutrients in the soil,do you fertilize every watering also???

yeah but theres no nute burn on the tips so how could it be lacking nitrogen?
