Hey, I just got some of this concentrated neem oil stuff that general hydro makes. It is called Azamax.

I was wondering what application rates you guys use and what if anything you mix it with it.

The borg (mites) have been part of my grow for afew years now. I have extremely limited their ability to thrive yet they still seem to flare back up every now and then because they were never destroyed fully.

Rotating my shield harmonics is no longer doing enough so I have added azamax to my aresenal. ...WHAT SAY YOU?!?! Right now im using the herbs and tomato application rate with little result.

Actually tobacco and pyrethrum have much more of an effect. I wll try a hard pyrethrum bomb next week if all else fails.

Any other spider mite tips?

I've been trying Azamax on my spidermites also.

First I tried the weakest mix they recommend, knocked a bunch off the plant, but they came back a week later.
Tried the same mix again, they came back in about 5 days.
Tried the strongest mix they recommend and the little fuckers still came back.
Posted about it and everyone is saying not to use the same treatment more then twice on a grow because they become resistant.
So now I'm gonna try to sponge bath them untill my einstien oil gets here.
I'm really interested in if you get any kind of results, so maybe you'll let me know how it turns out.

If I knew then what I know now I would start with the strongest mix and if that didn't do it I'd even up the dosage. It doesn't seem like it hurts the plants. The bugs are doing more damage.

ok peace

I'm about to try azamax in a DWC grow of mine, wish I heard better things about it, but I have it lying around so I'll give it a whirl anyhow

Azamax has definitely put a HUGE dent in my mite population. It definitely rocks as a foliar applied once a week. Mix with a wetting agent. I also use it as a soil drench. It messes with their life cycle, growth, and breeding ability. It will not destroy your population entirely but will weaken them so much that you can control it. I dig it. I also use Fox Farm "Don't Bug Me" but not after a couple weeks into flowering because you have to spray at night.
