Tops leaves drying out?

I recently noticed hair clusters on my outdoor plants at the tips of the side stems but lately it looks like the leaves towards the top hair clusters are drying out and curved a little. I misted them early in the morning but no word as of yet if it helped any, maybe tomorrow. Anyone got an idea what this is?

Sorry dude - you are giving us almost no information on your grow (other than it's outside) and no pictures.
Pics would be best, but if you can't then we need info on what type of soil, your nute schedule and what exactly you are feeding, if the plants are in the ground or in pots, how often you water, what are the ambient temperature ranges the plants are subjected to, etc., etc., etc.

You don't really have to mist your plants. The top foliage drying out can be a number of things but my bet is on sun burn.
