get those light on the poor things. looks like over steched a feel over. put soil to the very bottom round leaves a keep the light like a inch above

no prob they should be jus fine, the 1 on the left looks weird tho like a leaf rotted but idk. an try an get them out the transparent cups light harmes roots

You got a good point already made to you about getting the lights closer.Im not sure of what kinda heat you get off those 2 particular bulb but I like my seedling lights as close as possible with my tubes I touch the tops but you ll probably have to stay a few inches away with the bulbs.Id look into containers that are not see through . A dark container black is best as light can kill roots as they form along the sides.At this stage make sure not to over water as thats a big mistake new growers tend to do.Good luck
