Default I need some help Plant looks not too good?

my plant is got some dicoloration around the leaves its like a white and all the leaves or some are curling in and growth has seem to come to a hault. whats gonig on(pics below) The light im using is a regular old plant light its only 60 w

Your plant looks like it's stretching, get the light closer and move the plant to a bigger container.

Is that an incandescent light bulb? It looks like it's just a regular incandescent light bulb marketed as an "agro-light". That's bullshit. Get some daylight 6500K CFL's - you can get a 3-pack for around $14.

the bulb is round like the regular old bulbs and what are cfls i cant find them any where

compact flourecent lights. you can get them at wal-mart and places like that. there realy cheapand are a good alternitave if u cant afford better stuff.
