Yellowing and wilting

Hey everyone, ive got a clone ive had planted for about 3 weeks now in a hydro setup, its growing quite well except some bright green/yellow new leaves and slight yellowing of the tips of the older lower ones with some drooping.

Shes under a 400watt HPS light with good ventilation that keeps it around 24 degrees c, its in perlite and gets 5mins of nutes every 4 hours.

At the moment im using nutes with an EC level of 20-22 which works out to about 900-1000ppm when you count the EC my tap water already has, however before that (4 days ago) i was doing it at about 16 ec which could have maybe caused a defficiency that its still recovering from?

Also been keeping the PH between 5.9 and 6.5.
