Default Help in humidity dome
new growth is dying in my humidity dome. I spray twice a day with water measuring 6 in ph. Humidity measures 95%. Anyone know what may be causing this? Temperature of humidity dome is 70 degrees or so.

Make sure your clones have small stems and not long.

Pics would be great but my outside guess is that it is too wet & humid... fungal infections may be killing off your growth. Does it go a light yellow to soft brown to black? Pics would be great. Best luck brah!

I am growing in rock wool, yes it does go from a yellow to a soft brown to a dark brown. Some of my clones are tall stemmed (3") others are short (1")

Sounds like it's too wet...too high of humidity. Bring it down a tad.

I would take the humidome off immediately & dry it out. Should the clones appear to be drying to dehydration, then lightly (lightly) mist them every hour, then every 2-3, then every 5-6, then every day, until no need whatsoever. This is labor intensive, well rather must be attentive, during the first 24-36 hours of taking cuttings. With this misting process, no need for humidome at all = no DO/infections. This is even in very, very dry climates. Would mist w 1 drop physan 20 to 500ml RO water. Actually easier & w better results this way. Best brah... you can actually halt the further progression of rot assuming you dry it out at once. Best brah!
