I would add some cal-mag into the mix. I'm telling you it clears up most deficiency problems. Ca and Mg are right on the edge at 6.5 (for soil) and any slight variation in PH and you end up missing those elements. 6.4 and you've missed it.

I'm thinking it's the Ph as well.
But since you said your water Ph is 6.4, I would question the soil Ph.
Is there sufficient runoff water when you water?
If you don't have a soil meter, you could just flush your soil (Ph'ed water)and that should bring your soil Ph in range.

The plants look kinda young to already be having deficiencies. What kind of soil are you using? It looks like some kind of nute burn to me. A lot of the soils on the market contain high concentrations of nutes, such as Miracle grow soils. Some plants don't seem to tolerate much of any kind of nutes for the first several weeks.

the plants are 7 weeks old. and im gunna buy a Ph metter for the soil to check what it is. When i water i usually water untill about 1/3 of the water is comnig out the bottom. And i water when the pots seem light.

No i mean 7 weeks. Ya i know they are wicked stunted. I had them out side in regular soil for there first 4 weeks of there lives. I transplanted them when they were around 5 weeks old and they were really small then.

they look fine. mine always do with with the first few sets of lower leaves. if anything they may be a little over watered. but it looks pretty normal to me.

Well thats a good thing then. Im just letting them do there thing now. Im not gunna keep fu**in with them. Its just gunna make them worse. Im gunna start flowering my 2 biggest plants because they are at 11" now and i dont want them to be huge!
