5 is kinda a low ph and 92-98 is pretty hot but if growth looks good i dont know what the problem is

honestly it could be either but i think if you check you ph and watch the temps in the sun and if it gets too hot put them in the shade your plants will be fine. also i think your runt is just fine. in my opinion fast growers tend to be males and runts are usually females and better bud

the runts look healthy. its a good thing you were prepared for something like this to happen. are those plants are the same age? if so id say this one was male anyways, just keep em all going like you have been and i think youll end up with at least 1 healthy female
