Unhappy plant is in vital need of a miracle
so my plant is 5 weeks old, growing great and then itsuffered a ph fluctuation. i replanted it in scotts topsoil because i thought it was the soil that was bad. i havent given it water cause idk if its the water that has a bad ph too. right now its under a dome because i read that would help settle the roots in the new soil. i dont know what else to do now. the problem started at the tips with yellowing and then it spread through the leaves & they started getting brown. now they are completely brown and feel crispy.

i have baking soda to try and increase the ph but i dont want to do anything without an expert's advice.

please help me, its my last plant and i would really like to smoke this lol

illl try to get a pic up as soon as possible

It sounds like your pH is high anyway. do not do anything (else) drastic. Water with pH adjusted water @ 6.0 (no higher than 6.3 and I think that is too high!) If you know that the pH was too high, maybe could go a little low. I would not go lower than 5.8. If it was low (and you know cuz you dumped a bunch of acid in) then go a little high (6.4 -6.5)

If you are using a drop tester...get a meter. Color is subjective and I found I was way off. Get a meter that calibrates by pushing a button NOT turning a screw.

This is my opinion and I am by no means an expert, but I have had some pH battles when I forgot to check first...this is just what I would do, and is only a guess. Good Luck. I think pH is a huge deal and often the actual problem when people think they have nute burn.

Sounds more like over fertilized to me, if all the leaves are crispy its a goner.

i did feed it some plant food at like 1/4 strength a couple of days ago because, at the time, my symptoms sounded like a nitro deficiency but i wont feed it again until this problem works outs
