Default Plants too hot! Plz help

The seedling in my closet is in a 82 degree constant. i have a fan but its hard to have complete circulation, what can i do to shave a few degrees off? and is over 80 gonna kill it?

get a A/C or a swamp cooler, what is the temp of the room the closet is in cause if its lower just get a bigger fan and run it on high. and no 82 wont kill it, weed likes between 70-90 but can handle the extra hotness every now and then and chances are that the temps drop around 60s at night.....
