Default severe leaf dying problem

So im growing in soil under a 400w mh its about 3 ft and im using dutchmaster gold a and b. The bottom of the plant and middle are suffering from leaves turning yellow and dying very quickly(such as i have a handful of dead leaves a day). What is wrong? 1300 ppm 6.5-7.0 soil 78.8 degrees no evident heat stress on plant leaves.

pH too high?....try closer to 6.0 I also do not use nutes that strong, but my girls are a little bitchy (700-1100 ppm). Pics?

Try bring the light down to a foot over the next week. But really need to see some pics as not all yellowing is the same.
