Im currently growing 3 Fem. 'white rhino' plants, and being a 1st time grower
i could do with a little bit help to get these 3 little rastas to the full potential.

Setup :

'Powerplant Hobby' 250w Hanging Reflector and ballast (hard wired)
Osram 250w Vialox Nav-T Super (Son-T Plus) Bulb

Cupboard setup roughly 4'x4'
walls lined with mylar

Small Desk fan

I started off by planting the 3 fem. seeds in small seperate pots. (Pots were filled with New quality compost). I placed the 3 pots ON TOP of the grow light (with the light switched on) with a clear plastic bag benath, doubled over to stop too much heat getting to the soil.

My light is a hanging reflector and has a metal tray running along the top , this acts as a heat mat , as it gets fairly hot when light is on.

Believe it or not this twatish idea; actually worked a treat, and had 2 of my seeds out of the soil in 1 day! The other followed in the afternoon.

Now 7 days on , i have been belting the light on them the full time. They are placed 1 foot away from light; All 3 plants have grown at different rates -

Plant 1 - Has ; 8 true leaves

plant 2 - Has ; 5 true leaves

plant 3 - Has ; 10 true leaves

Do plants all grow at differents rates even if there all under the same conditions for the same length of time ????

It seems to me like they have been the same since day 4. Wonder what makes me think that ?!?!?

Also i havent nuted yet, but i water them with distilled water 5-6 times a day. I spray 2 sprays towards the roots(on soil), then foliar spray them once, is this ok when the are only 7 days old ???

Hey man. Good luck and happy growing. You dont really need to water them too much, many begginer's end up killing a plant by over watering. Just water them till the soil is nice and moist at root level, then let them dry out. They will tell you when they want to be watered. I'm sure your grow will turn out great. and yes most plants from seeds will grow at different rates, depending on how the cards fall, even under the same conditions.again, good luck and happy growing!

Howdy, I grow White Rhino for my first grow too. You choose a good plant these things are awesome, and relativly forgiving. I made the mistake of overwatering them to start with, but once they showed the signs and I backed off they recovered pretty well, as the attahced result shows... Good luck with your grow man, hope it turns out well!

Just shows how much you 2 know , SKYB , BABYGRO !!
These little bad boys have been going for 12 days now and they have 4 nodes and are starting to show pre flowers .
64w Micrgrow ?!?!!? wtf u growing a Bonsai Weed Plant ?!?!

If i am using too much water please inform me , you 2 little Fcuk Stains , why the fook they are growing so well ?! A simple answer would of been adequite , instead of rollin ya eyes back !!

Maybe if you 2 worms had plants; then you MIGHT know what the fuck was going on !! - RHINOGROWUK - !!

If you're going to be rude to me, which it appears you are, you can FUCK OFF if you think I'm commenting on your problems you little fuckwit.

Lets see if you can get these plants to harvest without killing them - fucking noob.
