Seedling stem bent

My buddy planted his Red Cross/Mb 911 and itwas doin ok but bout a week into the grow the plant got blown over(i think?) and went through a cold snap, the steam is bent but not completley severed. I tied it to a pencil with some thread and it is now standing up and under a cfl. now heres where the problem is..when it bent it was a clean bend and now i can still see where it was bent and im wondering if its even gonna live? its like a 90 degree angle almost looks cracked or broken


and i have another seedling that sprouted yesterday... maybe a journal for this one?

and i when should i put this seedling under a ligh and shit(The seed shell still on it)

If the stem isn't severed, you should be OK.

Give seedlings light as soon as you can see green leaves.

the stem is not sevrered, im going to check my plant and seedling right now, let you all know whats goin on there

i`ll find out how the red cross/911 is doing, hopefully the plant healed itself quite a bit

like smokin said if it isnt severed it should be ok.... it will stunt the growth of the plant and slow it down... so it'll prolly take a few days before you'll really be able to tell if its ok or not... i mean obviously if it shrivels up and turns brown over night you know its dead.. but it will take a few days to return to normal growth so you might have a couple days where you see no results at all... just be patient and dont expect to see any real signs that its ok for at least 2-3 days while it does repair itself..

Its alive, i mean the leave are green, and they are just REACHING OUT for my cfl its pretty fuckin sweet in`t it?
just waiting for the bet to heal, move the plant so it will grow towar the light once again...plus i gave the whole plant a little shake and i pulled the shell off my seedling, everything seems to be A OK

And the seedling isnt green yet, see how it is when i get off school
