Firstly, I'm not a hydro grower, I'm a soil grower.
Secondly, that does look like Mg deficiency - it's quite mild though from the looks of it. I don't really understand why you're getting deficiencies in hydro unless your ph is simply too low for the amount of Mg the plant needs. I think I'd raise the ph to about 6.4, 6.5 for a week at least and see if the plant starts to improve. If it doesn't, you may have to foliar feed a Magnesium sulphate solution (Epsom salts).
It doesn't look like burn to me, your third picture clearly shows the plants leaves paling between the veins - that's not a symptom of over-fertilsation and in anycase that EC is not high enough to burn the plant in my opinion.
