How do I kill spider mites?

You have a few choices.

No. 1 cure all solution. Buy a bottle of Avid Miticide off the internet, spray your bitches once or twice, problem solved. Problem is this is a heavy chemicle and a lot of people don't like to use this on their plants.

No. 2 Neem oil or a product derived from it. I suggest not spraying but wetting down a rag and rubbing the underside of your leaves with this to make sure you get all of the mites. Their growth is exponential and uncontrollable if you try to use this in a spray bottle and only get half of the mites.

No. 3 Orange Guard. Uses the citrus smell to disrupt the breeding cycles of the mites and kills the population. Doesn't need direct application to be fairly efective. Cheap. All natural. This is what I use.

avid will work as will floramite.
I used Pyrethin spray, by Dr. Doom the aerosol spray it did the trick, don't waste your time on neem oil and safers soap. I've used them and they doesn't work so well.

if your plants are bushy, go with a fogger solution. wiping down the top/bottom sides of every leaf with squeeze bottles can be a bit tedious.

Foggers atomized the stuff much better and floats all over.

I just put a normal nozzle on a fogger spray can. (so its not a single use)

I like the fogger idea. Run this beast during a dark cycle under your babies or something with a few little fans to move the mist around... idk, sounds liek fun to experiment with

Not smart, the pyrethin fogger lets off a fog that's extremely flammable.
You need to turn off all electrical appliances in the room or house, even the a/c

Well, only sparks (from motors) or heat at the right temp or above. (and who would use a fogger with the fans on?)
two: as a fog, and by the time it get to one of the items it should be well dispersed to just crackle at the offending item.

But all depends on room size/design.
And the instructions state its flammable. Common sense prevails.

well since only one seedling was being attacked i just waited a few day's to see what will happen. A small portion of a leaf was killed off due to lack of chlorophyll but 95% of spots have disappeared and new growth is 100% healthy so I won't need any mite repellent yet but thanks for the help.
