Default Nutrient burn or Deficiency

My plant is about 2weeks old and is burning around the edges. Lighting:24W CFL----Potting Mix: Miracle Gro----Space: closet----Strain:White Widow(or so they said)----Nutrient Ratio:6N_3P_4k

the plant is still in a small pot, I was thinking about mixing the potting soil with the dirt in my backyard to reduce nutrient content.

If its Nutrient defficiency, how do I increase the certain nutrient without increasing the others, or should I replace the potting soil alltogether with a better Nutrient Ratio?

also, the stem bent pretty bad, but I covered that part up with soil so it would stand,

2 weeks from seed then its either burn or ph related. sounds like you burned em'.

bad lighting.not enough nutes for later but if you got good soil no need for nutes yet.upgrade light and back off nutes.

i have the same problem and im almost positive i burnt her because i fed her 3 days in a row...

my girls get fed every 5-10 days depending on how established they are.

you can feed every day if your nutes ask for it like mine mine get feed with a perfect amount of water and nutes each day

well Im actually growing in and outdoors, I only use the CFL at night to provide 24h lighting....dont know what to expect from this since this is my first time trying it.


ALSO: I need to point out the nutrient ratio was from my fertilizer not my soil.....the soil ratio is edited on the original post and here as well

Before I foget:



Im using a glass pot in order to warm the roots with the sunlight, is this a good idea or will it bring more problems

Roots don't like the UV rays. Cover the outside of the pot with black tape if you can. Black will absorb the light and turn it into heat so all will be good.

Roots HATE heat. They like a cool dark envrioment. Hydro and soil.
