Question really short plant

Hey im really need some help. My 1 month old plant isnt getting very tall its only 6 inchis tall. Everything except the hieght of is fine. It has 7 leaf sets and has no bugs and is very healthy looking but i really need some help. PLEASE

i think my plant is coming out of whatever the problem was. I think it was the environment because i lowerd the temps and gave it more nutes then usual and i gess the plant likes it
