LR2 2nd attempt, Sprout problem, are they ok?

I'v been searching the forum for a while but still can't figure this out. This is my 2nd time trying to grow LR2's and I'm having another problem with them. I had them under 4 9w CFL's and then just yesterday I switched them out to 3 23w CFL's, I had them placed about 2 in. under, and about an hour later I checked on them and they were a little wilted. Also I put more soil around the base yesterday since they were stretching and not deep enough and watered them in the morning (on there normal every other day schedule) then when I added the extra soil I watered them in a little more because they looked dry. By the way there is no nutes, and its in organic soil. But Is this a big deal? I'm trying to do everything right this time, Thanks
