they are starting to look a bit better , the top leafs are starting to purk up witch is a good sign , have a fal lightly blowing on them

ummm its hard to tell you could have high ph... sounds like you DONT have a meter... I would flush the plants and then not water for like a week or until the soil is dry atleast 3 inches down .... what kind of nutes are you using?

we aren't going to water them for a few days, like freedom23 said. then we'll just water them and we also won't use nutes for a week at least. hopefully it will recover and only lose a few leaves.

so i got a meter today and found my plant has a pH of 6 and the water has a pH of 5.5 is this bad? how can i fix it?

yes add some PH up and also with the damanged parts of the leafs cut that off so that the plant can recover easer insted of trying to recover the damanged part.

IBong. Transfer them to another pot. Lift gently, Shake gently to get the most dirt off the roots, drop a little fresh soil in (can even use the same pot but dump it all and wash it with soapy water and rinse) and give the plant a fresh environment to grow in.
