Hi guys and gals got some plants 3 weeks in veg but one of them are showing these rust spots,only on 3 leafs, it was a lower smaller leaf at first now it spread too 2 of the bigger leafs, im using nutes at 70% of my full dosage under a 400W MH. PH at 5.5 -5.8 water only when medium is dry which is about every 3-4 days, give thanks for any help/responses.

if you ask most people on this forum, they will tell you 70% is too much nutes, what kind are yoiu using? i am still a novice, and aside from me coming here with issues, if it was my plant i would flush with regular PH'd water 3 times the pot size...for example 5 gallon pot needs 15 gallons water then feed 1/4 of the recomended dose

using regular A&B nutes, and 70% of what the lable says to use.

when did you start feeding? i am just about positive its nute burn, anyone i have spoken to about the nute issue never say go over 50%...take the advice i gave you up there, those burnt leaves wont recover but it wont spread, you should clean that up with a good flush my man and please, for my sake go easy with the nutes 1/4....we often make the mistake of trying to do too much to these plants and thats when we bump into issues

Thanks bro,the thing that messed me up was 5 others with same feeding are growing good, this was the only one i got this type of problem with. I just watered them 2 days ago should i wait until the soil gets dry, or should i just go ahead and flush it?

Your PH is too low for soil.

Ph is too low and you're using too many nutes...that also looks like mg soil is it?

that PH shouldnt cause lockout....if your adding nutes at this point it will lower his PH regardless

Soil ph should sit at 7.0 so the plants can utilize available nutrients. WHen soil ph is lower than 6.5 some nutrients cease to be available for the plant to take in. Your plants are dealing with the beggining signs of ph spotting and nute deficiency.

Look at this ph chart and you'll see which nutes are available at what ph the soil is at.
